Fall Sports

All athletes trying out for a spring sport must have a VHSL physical completed after May 1, 2020. Forms are available online.

We do permit 8th graders to play high school junior varsity in volleyball (boys and girls), field hockey, and cross country (boys and girls). Football and competition cheer practices/tryouts may begin on Thursday, February 4. All other fall sports may begin on Monday, February 15. Please see/email your respective coach for specific details on offseason workouts and meetings.

Per the new VHSL guidelines for the 2020–2021 school year, fall sports will run from February 4 (football/competition cheer) and February 15 (all other groups) through April 24 (all other sports) or May 1 (football).

Cross Country

Coach: Neil Mathews
Conditioning will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
